How Steal a Brainrot works

You start off with nothing but a stick and a base. Once you leave the safezone, you can buy Brainrots and add them to your base. Each one earns money over time, which you can spend on gear and other Brainrots. A standard base holds 8 characters, so the more you own, the more money you earn.

Your base lock protects your Brainrots for 50 seconds. Keep an eye on the timer, because other players may be standing nearby, waiting for the exact moment it switches off. When they rush inside, chase them down and hit them before they escape. Press the lock button after a thief enters to trap them inside.

Stealing from another player is where things get tense. Wait for their lock to drop then slip inside and grab one of their rarest Brainrots. The moment you pick it up, you move more slowly and the owner will come after you. That short run back to your base can quickly turn into a full chase, with other players trying to knock the Brainrot from your hands.

Reach your base and the stolen Brainrot joins your collection. If the owner hits you first, you drop it. Decide whether to grab a Brainrot near the entrance or head deeper inside.

Brainrots

Brainrots are characters you can buy that earn money while they stand in your base. There are 80 to collect, from Common Brainrots such as Tung Tung Sahur and Ballerina Cappuccina to Celestial Brainrots such as Skibidi Toilet and Dug Dug Dug. Rarer Brainrots earn more money each second.

Gear

Gear helps you defend your base from thieves trying to escape with stolen Brainrots. You can also use gear while stealing. Knock other players down or turn invisible to escape.

You begin with a basic stick and can unlock 16 more items from the safe-zone shop. Extra items can also appear inside your base.

Features

Steal a Brainrot includes 8 skins, ways to combine Brainrots, rebirth rewards and timed events.

• Skins: Unlock 8 character skins in the safe zone, including Sigma Boy, Sigma Girl and Spider Sammy.
• Fuse Machine: Combine 2 or more Brainrots to unlock characters that cannot be bought.
• Rebirth: Lose all of your cash to unlock new shop items and larger bases.
• Events: Timed events start every few hours and add tasks such as breaking a chest for extra money. Players may leave their bases open while completing these tasks!

Steal a Brainrot Worlds

Steal a Brainrot has 6 worlds that change how you collect Brainrots. They include base stealing, platform climbing, tower defence, bridge races and rising lava.

• Classic Mode: This is the base game where you start. Steal from other players and protect your base from robbers.
• Guardian World: Climb platforms to reach valuable Brainrots while avoiding guardians. Upgrade your speed and jump height to climb higher.
• Shrink World: Shrink yourself so you can fit through smaller gaps to get to more valuable Brainrots while avoiding giant Tung Tungs, Bombardiro Crocodilos and other characters.
• Tower Defence: Place archer towers and cannons in the arena to stop waves of Brainrots from reaching your base. If the Brainrots make it to your base and destroy it, it's game over.
• Bridge: Race other players by collecting Brainrots and using them to build paths between platforms. Collect faster than other players and avoid falling from the edges before reaching the finish line.
• Lava World: Collect Brainrots while waves of lava move across the map. If a lava wave hits you, you lose everything you are carrying.

Play with friends

Play with your friends instead of random players by creating your own room.

• Create Room: This lets you create a private room that has a special room ID. Share the room ID with your friends so they can join.
• Join Room: If your friends have a room set up already, you can join it by choosing this option and entering the room ID.
